Eligibility criteria for refund:

The person who paid for this course.

You have not completed up to [25%] of the course.

You comply with the terms and conditions of this course.

Conditions and Circumstances for the Refund

The processing fee of £5.99 will not be refunded. Any platform, payment gateway, or third-party charge applicable in this process will not be refunded.

The refund will be made on the written request of the person paying for the course and the student discontinuing to use our learning services.

The refund will not be made if the student cannot attend the classes for their fault, does not provide the withdrawal notice, and does not send the refund notification to us within [30 days].

The refund will not be made for services and learning materials already provided.
